Lauren has incredible insight for our area and gave us a solid understanding of what to expect in our current market. Her team efficiently got our house listed, with beautiful photography and a well put together description that attracted a lot of potential buyers. I was a first time home buyer and out of state to make things more difficult. Tina helped me every step of the way. With recommendations on areas (since I was not too familiar with CT) and doing multiple virtual viewings for me. She answered my numerous questions promptly via text or email.
