I just purchased my 2nd Malibu from Rambo Marine - Huntsville and couldn't be happier with the professionalism of the entire staff. I work mostly with Lex and he couldn't be any more professional and helpful before/during/after the sale! When Lex isn't available, I work with Jerald and the same can certainly be said for him. Tucker delivered my boat today (Donnie and Gerrit delivered my 1st Malibu) and they were all very professional and willing to spend as much time as I needed to ensure I was comfortable with the boat. Will and the service department are second to none. I could go on and on,

Could not be more dissappointed. Our 2005 Malibu instrument panel stopped working. Took in in for repair and had some additional work quoted including having a hatch door replaced.
First issue - the quote to replace the door was high so I instructed them not to do the work. A week goes by and I get a call telling me they made a mistake and… replaced the door anyway and they no longer had the old door so I couldn't "go back". They did reduce the cost but really? This seems very unprofessional.
Second issue - they charged me twice and it took over two weeks to get the problem resolved.

Took our boat to repair our instrument panel. Not only did they charge me for repairs that I told them not to do (replacing a hatch door) they also charged my credit card twice and it took over 2 weeks to get the money back.
After getting the boat back, it took 3 weeks before the instrument panel died. While under warranty, rambo is saying they can't fix it so they offered me a credit of $700 but it will take 45 days before they can give it to me.

Our family bought a new Harris Tritoon from Zach several months ago. He was very helpful and showed us several different boats and options in the 30 degree weather. We would definitely recommend Rambo Marine to anyone looking for a good deal and an easy experience. This the BEST boat dealer I have ever done business with and it's not even close. Please understand that I have bought and traded lots of boats, sea doos, etc. over the last 30 years. There are many dealers out there that could learn several lessons from the way Rambo Marine takes care of their customers. I highly recommend!!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with have a 2 year old boat that will only go 9mph first time I took it they kept it 3 and a half months on off season and it came back worse than before took it more than that since and it keeps coming back to me not fixed but they claim it is fixed I have also had it serviced with them every time also worst service do not recommend this company to anyone will never buy from them again

The entire experience buying our boat was great. Bennett listened to what we were looking for and helped find the perfect boat. The showroom was neat and clean. Jeff was very helpful through the finance portion and Kirt wrapped it up with the delivery and orientation with our new boat. We received top notch service from the first phone call to the the delivery and beyond. I look forward to working with Rambo for the foreseeable future for maintenance and any other marine needs.

2020 should have been the worst year of our lives. But, with the help of Rambo Marine and Grant Stinson...it became one of the best with our Barletta purchase. Big ticket purchases need the help of good and honest people. Our family found that at Rambo. I would also recommend getting the wife a couple tiny bottles of wine before looking at what boats cost. it works like a charm.

After dealing with some dealers in Ga, I came across Rambo Marine and they were actually interested in selling me a boat! Tyler Blanks has been great. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions when we arrived on the lot. Boat has been fully checked over and being delivered to me tomorrow. I have bought 2 boats from Rambo and honestly I don't plan to buy anywhere else going forward. Customer service is great , selection is state of the art , sales force is on top of it . Zach Baucom is super knowledgable and always available to help and answer questions , he even has been available on his off days . Zach has made both purchases very easy by going the extra mile todo things like meet me and my wife with paperwork when we couldn't escape our busy lives . Thanks Rambo Marine ! Best boat buying experience I have ever had. Jerald Connolly my sales person was amazing and always responsive when I called. Wesley Ables was very help with the finalizing of the paper work and helped us obtain insurance. Steven was the guy that delivered the boat to us. He was amazing also. He took us out on the boat, showed us how to operate all of the functions of the boat. This made it possible to start surfing that day. What a time saver. I can’t say enough about how easy Rambo made the whole experience. Thanks Rambo! We will do business again.
