Had no water, so I called Mr. Steele. His grandson arrived within minutes and determined there was a problem with the electrical line to the pump. Mr. Steele arranged for an electrician, installed a new power line from the house to the pump and had water flowing. Awesome service from both Starnes Electrical and Steele Well and Water Service. I highly recommend.

Wayne helped us with our iron/hard water problem ASAP! Called on Wednesday to get on his books and Thursday morning he was here installing our filter! (Other companies quoted a few weeks out.) Was very professional and super nice to our daughter. This company has helped other family members of ours and they all have been pleased with their work.

Get a certificate of insurance from this man BEFORE you let him on your property !! Buyer beware !!! * Also note that a very similar exchange like the one described by Mr. Gillam in his review happened to us before we decided to kick them off our land and go with someone else. Sad to see an owner of a company attack an honest reviewer instead holding his crew accountable for their actions when not under his immediate supervision. Again, BUYER BEWARE! *

Needed well service and through a referral, called Steele’s. The person they sent out was unprofessional and unwilling to do any critical thinking. I explained to him we replaced the well pump, and pressure switch. He proceeded to tell me that I needed: pressure tank, pressure switch ( because theirs comes already assembled), new wiring, piping and a well pump because he didn’t put that pump in. The well pump had power coming in and out of it. So rather than work from the tank in, he insisted I spend 2700 dollars for everything. I was bent over a barrel and what could I do? Why did I need to

they did a good job but the price was outrageous. $485 for a job that took them less than 10 minutes. from the time they showed up till they left was 20 minutes total. i live less than 2 miles from their shop so drive time was minimal. i wouldn't recommend them an wont use them again.

Last week I called Steele Well and Water to drill a well for me. Wayne met me at my house the same day I called. He put me on his schedule for this week and showed up with his entire crew on time and began drilling. In less than 3 hours the well was drilled, the pump installed, the power connected, the tank installed and water lines run. I let the water run in the yard for a day to clear out the lines. I now have perfectly clear, clean, good tasting water. Thank you Wayne and your entire crew for an excellent job well done. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience using Steele's for having a rock well drilled in my front-yard. I was worried about the mess because of the neighborhood I live in, and not wanting to upset my neighbors or destroy my front yard, they went out of their way to contain the well-drilling site with hay bails and silt fence so the mess was very manageable to clean up (rock well's make a tremendous mess). They were able to drill a 200ft deep rock well in no time with only about 3-FT of wiggle room (they literally had to drill between marked utility lines in the ground).
