I had been a customer at this spa for several years. I had recommended family, bought gift certificates for others to bring Nu Aura new customers and business . I had to stop going due to a family member getting cancer which resulted in all my time exhausted on medical appointments, hospital emergencies etc...
Before my loved one got cancer, I had purchased a promotional off their website from emails sent to me offering promotions.

I am currently completing a brazilian laser hair removal package with Nu Aura - specifically with Sokie--and I am thoroughly impressed by the accommodation (of my busy schedule) and the professionalism by Sokie and cleanliness of the facility!

I'm very upset and disappointed with this place. I schedule an appointment for today and when I came in, the had schedule me for next month. Which I was very specific with time and date, and how important it is this appointment.
I will not be coming back and refer this place to anyone!

Ultrashape is amazing. I did a treatment every 2 weeks for 3 treatments of ultrashape on my pooch and 3 inches basically melted off and there was no pain. Also did Velashape for the back of my thighs and the only way I can put this is to say that I finally feel comfortable "with the lights on". There was a little discomfort and no bruising or signs that I'd been doing anything to my thighs! I think if I added up all the money I have spent on pills and creams over the years the treatments were actually cheaper and they worked. Such a wonderful experience every time I go. The staff is so friendly, the facility is very well kept and clean. And they are aimed to please. They are extremely understanding of hectic schedules and are willing to come in at hours that are best for you. I am currently having laser hair removal treatment here and would recommend them to anyone!

I love Nu Aura. I've been going there for over a year for laser treatments (spider vein and hair removal). Soki and the other staff are absolutely wonderful and professional to deal with, and there are no high-pressure sales tactics as in some other similar businesses. The atmosphere is also warm and inviting, and the prices are reasonable.
