Services
Northeast Kingdom Homecare, Inc was founded on the need for organized non-medical senior care during a discussion around the dinner table. Debra & Gerry Hunt, Andrea & Don Hunt, and Pam Newell moved the idea into fruition in 2004, rapidly assembling a team of caregivers and placing them in one-on-one care positions.
A study showed that 90% of seniors want to stay in their homes as long as possible. Your home is where you are comfortable. It is where you are near your friends, pets and your belongings, the things that give you zest for life. It provides privacy and dignity. Northeast Kingdom Homecare, Inc. can make all that possible!
Provide your loved ones with personalized care in an engaging, homelike setting at The Meeting Place. Attendees enjoy opportunities to socialize with friends, stimulating activities, nutritious meals, and a variety of field trips and outings. You'll have peace of mind knowing your loved one is spending the day in a safe, friendly space and cared for by our trained on-site nursing staff.
We respect the importance of the work caregivers do, the care and compassion our caregivers provide our clients, and the passion good caregivers have for service and making a positive contribution to the lives of others. Caregivers enjoy the close relationships they develop with the people they care for and often with their families.
