The 110 acre farm is like a piece of Colorado right here in Missouri with majestic hills, secluded views, and the tranquil sounds of nature. WhipPoorWill offers a ceremony site, reception barn, guest lodge, upscale wedding decor, bar service, as well as, many other amenities to assist in planning the wedding of your dreams. The large, rustically-elegant barn, coupled with the Colorado-style lodge and acres of nothing but nature, make the perfect place to exchange the everlasting "I Do".

Having planned our daughter's weddings, we understand how costly weddings can be. We're here to assist you in planning the wedding you've always dreamed of within a budget you can afford. We made plans to purchase our 110 acre farm in 2015. My husband fell in love with the secluded acreage, hunting opportunity, and picturesque views.
Guests will fall in love with the expansive waterfall located near the front entrance of the reception barn. The picturesque backdrop is a beautiful location for exchanging vows. In addition to the ceremony site, large white umbrellas provide adequate shade for invited guests and the small pavilion serves well for music entertainment.
We require a $1500 holding deposit to secure your date. This deposit is due at the time the contract is signed and is non-refundable after a 7 day grace period. An additional $1500 is due 120 days after the contract signing date. A third $1500 holding deposit is due 120 days prior to the wedding date and the final balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to the wedding.

Whippoorwill wedding venue is THE most beautiful venue in Lincoln county. The luxurious secluded lodge is located at the very top of a huge bluff. It is so incredibly peaceful to sit in the hot tub on the back part of the wrap around deck & drink a cup of coffee. My favorite part of the lodge is that there are so many bedrooms that everyone from the wedding party is able to stay over night. The lodge is so spacious & beautiful!

I cannot say enough good things about this venue and it’s owners! It is absolutely incredible here. Our wedding day was perfect because of Shelly and Harry. The venue itself is beautiful, and also has a beautiful lodge for everyone to get ready in. You get married in front of the waterfall, and then walk right into the barn for your reception. There are picture opportunities everywhere around the property, and the barn looks like something out of a magazine. Shelly has any decoration you could need to rent out, so you don’t have to worry about buying them and what to do with it all after the

What a fairytail! I mean truly a dream come true! My wedding was stunning! Shelly and her husband are amazing people and went over and beyond for my husband and I! The venue is perfect in every way possible! Every second went so smooth and I am very greatfull for shelly and her team for making our wedding truly spectacular !

Shelly is so awesome to work with and her venue is so beautiful. I picked this venue the first time I visited it and I knew I didn’t need to look any further. She is super helpful, she is a one stop shop providing you vendor list from florist to photographers, their house DJ ..everything you will need! I’m literally nine months out from my wedding and I’m pretty much done because everything was so easy and she was so helpful. She also provides decor for you to rent out so you don’t have to go around looking for deals and scouring for decor and your centerpieces. She has everything rentable

My daughter Michelle and Blake Baker had there reception and booked the lodge. It is a dream come true place. It's beautiful and out in the country and the lodge even has a hot tub. Shelly and Harry go all out to make everything awesome! The barn and lodge and waterfall are laid out beautifully. You can rent decorations, you can buy all your beverages and ice from them (which they have great deals) and comes with a bartender. I highly recommend this place for weddings, receptions or whatever. I highly recommend Whippoorwill Venue!
