I wouldn't haul another load for this company. The customer that I picked up for kept me in the dock for over 2 hrs to be delivered 65 miles away and go straight through. Then I find out in route that there's no way to get it delivered before they closed. Wound up taking the load home and delivered the next morning and won't give me anything for the extra 100 mi. that I had involved in it because of the delay at the shipper and the disorganized conditions of the shipper. There were only 14 or 15 skids that were 30×30 in. but the shipper was so unorganized that it took more than an hour to find

Well First of All I was forewarned about this company. I had to see for myself if they were serious about changing. NOT !! Never been in such a Toxic Environment. Was Told that they were working on changing the Culture around there. They Fired 2 people within a Week and then The Last Person Hired was a New Hr Manager which Everyone Loved because he had the Employees backs. Guess he didn't Kiss Management Butt so They Didn't Like him. Diversity has no Place There. The HR Manager was African American and Treated folks totally Equal, they had hired 3 new people in Operations and passed over

I’ve been sent through the ringer many a time with other logistics companies. Empty promises, hidden fees and charges, and shipments that just haven’t been delivered. All of my problems have been solved by Malark and their unbelievably talented staff. I would never even think to go through anyone else!
