We strive to provide education to our clients and emphasize that a proactive preventive approach is best for our patients' health and well-being as well as for our clients' pocketbooks.
In today's busy world we value your time as much as you do. We work hard to keep your scheduled appointment time to give you and your pet the quality attention you deserve. Same day appointments are usually available and we will ALWAYS be available for your emergencies. We are not a "get you in- get you out" hi volume veterinary practice.
Valley Veterinary Clinic-Pet Lodge & Salon is located at 4390 E. Main at the intersection of Main and Largo across from Starbucks near the Animas Valley Mall. A frontage road provides access to parking in front of the building or on the side. The Pet Lodge & Salon has a separate entrance behind the hospital.
You will be responsible for checking in and checking out clients with their pets for boarding, answering phone calls for boarding, feeding and walking pets, administering medications to pets as needed, and cleaning their kennels. You will also be responsible for cleaning/sterilizing surgical instruments, cleaning the surgery rooms; vacuuming, sweeping, and moping the entire hospital; and taking out trashes.
We at Valley Veterinary Clinic also give a donation to the fund with every euthanasia that is done at our office. The Veterinary Care Foundation (VCF) is a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation created to offer financial support to veterinary practices doing charitable work. Through this foundation Valley Veterinary Clinic has created its own fund to be used for specific cases here in our own clinic.

We recently moved here and a friend recommended valley to us. I took my little dog in for her vaccinations and a nail clip and everyone was so kind and friendly. I was able to wait in my car the entire time which was great since I had my 3 year old with me. We will definitely be using them from now on!

Easy to make an appointment, easy online form filling, and easy drive up. Vet tech was friendly and knowledgeable and handled the pets with care. They even had treats ready. Doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained things clearly. She is obviously a loving pet owner and experienced doctor. Reasonable costs and helpful information. Great vet! I would definitely recommend this vet.

I LOVE LOVE the fact that the VET came out to my car and spoke with me. She appeared to be non-judgmental, kind, caring and compassionate not only to my fur babies but to me as well. The girl I believe was a vet tech that came out and talked with me and gathered my info and payment was also very kind and compassionate. I found the staff to be extremely kind and helpful.
