Mr. Holmstedt has 40 years of public finance experience covering a variety of specialty areas. Mr. Holmstedt's environmental and solid waste experience began with his involvement with the California Pollution Control Financing Authority's Small Business Administration Guarantee Program in 1979, the precursor of today's Tier 1 issuance program.
