Back in 1996, we started as a small, two-man power washing company. We had two small pumps, a pickup and a couple of short hoses. We lugged that equipment around every house and took it on and off that truck many times a day. It worked (for then).

Our house washing is done with the recommended softwash technique (not high pressure). It is designed to eliminate growth and remove the dirt, grime and pollution from your home's exterior. Soft Washing is a superior method for cleaning exterior surfaces like siding, stucco and roofs.
It utilizes a customized a cleaning solution that is applied using very low pressure which will not harm or damage painted surfaces, roof shingles, wood, or vinyl siding.This low pressure application is much safer than blasting your house with high-pressure alone and does a much better job at cleaning your exterior.

The black stains on your roof are a form of algae called Gloeocapsa Magma. This type of bacteria feeds on the organic matter and limestone that's in your roof shingles, essentially breaking down their composition.
