Having been in a car accident, I was stressed about getting my car fixed and everything that goes along with that. Hicks Auto Collision made the whole process stress free and easy. The front driverside portion of my car was mangled pretty badly. I was worried my car wouldn't look right or run the same. Hicks called me intermittently throughout the process with updates and kept me informed (not used to that from an auto shop). Everyone I encountered was very friendly and professional. I'm quite impressed with their work. The paint matches and the alignment of the replacement parts is top notch in my opinion. And so far my car seems to be running 100% normal. Having to get auto work done sucks, but they made it smooth and did a great job.

It looks better than it did when we bought it!! They are professional to the core.

My car got hit, t-bone style, while my dad was driving it one day. I thought for sure my insurance would total it out because it was pretty much the entire side that was wrecked. It is an older car but it is my 1st car I ever bought brand new and holds a near in dear place in my heart. Well they were able to get my insurance to fix the damage instead of total out my car and they did an awesome job with all the repairs, so I am forever grateful. Highly recommend!

Insurance company told me she knew of good place to take my truck. He spent less than 5 minutes on estimate and said I didn't need a copy of it. He said pull dents out use body putty. Also would not have to remove camper top off even with dent all the way to it. It is a 2019 Ram truck and no way someone is using body putty on a $50,000 vehicle of mine.

It all started last Monday, when I brought my vehicle in to have repairs done from coming into contact with a fence a month ago. I had already had an estimate done and was bringing the vehicle back to leave with them for the week's worth of repairs. I came on the wrong Monday though, and the shop was full for the week. I apologized for my misunderstanding and asked if they could still fit it in, for most weeks we can't spare the vehicle and we had already made arrangements with our schedule for this to happen during

Just had my vehicle in to fix my bumper! Quick fix and looks amazing! These guys went above and beyond after fixing my bumper, I noticed the interior had been vacuumed! Highly recommended! ☺☺

I recently had to take my SUV there to get the bumper fixed! Not only do they do it well, but it was so fast. I noticed they even took the time to get my car cleaned and vacuumed the interior for me! That's GREAT customer service. I dealt with Jason, wonderful guy.
