Located in the Grand Fayette Hotel on Fayetteville's Historic Square, Chefs Kathy and George Valtasaros are serving a selected range of wines with a delightful selection of small plates and tapas. The Wine Bar is located in the newly redecorated Grand Fayette Hotel on the Historic Square in Fayetteville, Texas.
The warm and inviting atmosphere is the design of Joan Herring and Mary Quiros, who selected large-scaled original paintings and photographs to hang in the sedate gray room, and are accentuated with gallery-style lighting. The Wine Bar also has seating in the hotel's comfortable lobby, the Moravian Gallery in the next room, and along the street and in the patio during pleasant evenings.

Went there for my birthday. No one was there to seat us but we saw a table with our name on it that we had reserved. We sat down and waited about 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Finally got water & ordered our meals. Food was served in a reasonable amount of time. Food was good but prices were very high for the quality. Chocolate cake ended the evening and was very good. Waitress was friendly & polite but had a lot of jobs to juggle..cleaned tables, sat customers, took orders & brought the bill.
