Gabrielle Pino (Troisi) is a Connecticut State and National Board-Certified Physician Assistant. We welcomed Gabrielle to the practice in 2013 as our aesthetic specialist to provide injectable services such as BOTOX Cosmetic, Dysport, and various dermal fillers. She also oversees other non-surgical options for facial rejuvenation, including laser and skincare treatments.
Dr. Alfred Sofer's work as a plastic surgeon extends beyond Fairfield, CT, to various underprivileged countries through his charitable work with the nonprofit organization Operation Smile. If an active or extreme breakout occurs before treatment, please consult your practitioner. Immediately after your Dermapen treatment, you will look as though you have a moderate to severe sunburn and your skin may feel warm and tighter than usual.

Since I get laser hair removal, I only see Melissa and she is truly, HANDS DOWN, the best! She makes you feel comfortable, welcome, and she works quick! She cares about her clients and wants them to have the best results. She's flexible with hours and is even there early enough to see clients before their regular work day starts. She is a sweetheart and I won't go anywhere else because of her! If you have been thinking about laser hair removal - go see Melissa! She's honest and with answer any questions, as crazy as they may be!

I had dysport done on 11/15/2017. Instead of drawing in up in front of me the PA went out of the room and came back with a syringe of fluid. That should have been a red flag for me. Of course it didn't work so I went back in 2 weeks for a touch up. Told her I felt uncomfortable with her not drawing up in front of me. I'm an RN and you never are suppose to do that. So she brought it in the room and did it behind my back as I was already in the chair. If you google dysport it says if they don't draw it up in front of you don't let them inject. And it's only good reconstituted

Wonderful doctor! Contemplated a BA for years, researched and found he came highly recommended. Once I had a consultation with Dr. Sofer I was sold. He made me comfortable right away, he really came across like he knew his stuff and it was easy for me to trust his judgement. The facility's staff was great and accommodating. They made the entire process smooth, and thorough. From the consultation to the post op everything has been a dream. Dr. Sofer is an incredibly talented surgeon. I would see him if need be in the future and I recommended him to anyone I know!

I have been seeing Doctor Sofer for years, and it has never been a disappointment. I've been going for Botox at my brow for about 3 years now.
I feel so fresh, rested and beautiful every time!!
Even since I moved to New York it is well worth the additional train fee which lets out right at his office!!
I had one experience in between my last two visits with someone else, upset to try someone new bc of convenience (in the city), I will never do that again!!! The NYC doctor visit was one of the worst experiences ever.
A few weeks ago I returned, with my white flag raised. He truly is a magician

I have to give the center a low review, since I received botox treatment on my forehead area here that really did not do much at all, even after a follow-up visit. (I've had botox before with perfectly fine results). The technician was very friendly and helpful while administering, but when I called to let them know that the botox was ineffective after less than a month, I was told by the front desk "Do you exercise a lot? Because that can cut the length time it lasts" and then the tech never returned my call.
