I really don't know how to thank Emrah and his crew at LB Auto Salon. They saved me from big trouble. Previously, I had a mobile installer tint my brand new car's windows and install protection film on the hood. Initially, everything looked nice but after 3 months, the black color of the tint faded away and the protection film started to peel. I was terrified and gave them a call to come and take a look at it. They said it was not their responsibility anymore and that I could contact the manufacturer if I wanted to. After reaching out to several places, I drove my car straight from picking it up at the dealer to Emrah at LB Auto Salon for a ceramic coating. He and Mauricio did a phenomenal job and walked me through the necessary steps for maintaining the coat. I left my brand new car overnight, which says a lot for how trustworthy they are. Emrah registered for the Opticoat manufacturer's warranty on my behalf and overall his service was top notch. I felt that the personal attention received at LB Auto Salon was better than I could have received at a larger shop. I am a very satisfied customer.

After my first visit, I got a chance to bring my wife's car for PPF and window tinting. I trusted this shop enough to bring my brand new 1 week old Tesla Model 3 to do a ceramic coat, console wrap, and chrome delete. Emrah did an amazing job. He was constantly giving me updates about my car. What I appreciated most was when I found some minor things that I wanted improvement on, Emrah took it right back and fixed it without any disputes or charging me. He made the car look beautiful and gave me tips on how to take care of my ceramic coat.
