We have specialized equipment that we use to grind out the stump, down to about 6 or deeper below the surface of the ground.

From start to finish Reaching Higher Tree Care displayed 100% professionalism. Their communication was excellent at all levels, their price was extremely reasonable, and I now understand why it was ... the experience and efficiency of their crew made it apparent. As a self employed individual I know the value of efficiency and being able to save my clients money. They removed 3 dead ash trees, one was a 4-tree multi-stem, they cut & stacked the logs, and left me with the chips per my request. I had a tree that developed a rot problem about ten feet off the ground. Since the upper part of tree was within striking distance of the house there was no choice but to bring it down. I burn wood in the winter and wanted the trunk and larger limbs left on the ground which is exactly what was done. The smaller limbs and branches were removed and the site cleaned up. It was a very nice job.

I don't think this company likes small jobs. They were easy enough to contact and they responded right away. However, when I contacted them I got a lead time of 2-3 weeks. I just don't know 2-3 weeks from when because it's currently past 4 weeks and I have heard nothing about when the tree will be done. I guess at this point I should start looking elsewhere because I cannot Park my car on the front of my house in the winter. Yet that's exactly what I must do because the back of my house is inaccessible. That's about all I can say about this company.

I couldn't be happier with the work Shane and his team did. Shane responded very quickly when I was seeking to get a quote. The attention to detail he would put in his emails with the quote as well as the process was just absolutely outstanding. We have dealt with other tree companies who would leave us in the dark but Shane's communication was very refreshing and appreciated.
