So this review is extremely overdue! But it is needed because they did a fantastic job with our house. Please note that they accepted a job that was at the tail end of the season (December/January). They didn’t have to accept it but they did. Because of the weather not cooperating, they came to our house a few times…more than they had to make sure the job was done correctly and carefully. Moss was growing on our cedar roof and our side shingles were black. The house looks brand new and I am so glad that we hired them.

We were very happy with the service provided by Street Appeal Pros which was cleaning and sealing our deck. The service person that performed the work was punctual, courteous and most importantly did an excellent job as well as left the work area neat. Lyle was a pleasure to work with and the work he promised was executed as promised. I would strongly recommend this company.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. They do incredible work. Showed up on time. Professional. Courteous. We had a cedar roof that had a lot of moss and lichen and baked on debris from leaves falling on it. We knew our roof would deteriorate and need to be replaced if we didn’t get it cleaned. We called Street Appeal and they worked miracles. Friends came the day after the job was done and they thought we had a new roof!!!!

There were some communication errors at the beginning (quote) and unclear on the scheduled cleaning. They were apologetic and offered a great deal on cleaning my solar panels since the other roof cleaners I had hired didn’t provide that service. The solar panels came out perfect and look brand new! Great service and came a day earlier than expected while we were on vacation. I would have given them a 5 if it weren’t for the communication issues. But everything else went flawlessly.

I will absolutely call Street Appeal Pros again. I have had them come three times and they always arrive about the time they say they will and are very conscientious about pleasing the customer. Douglas is the best! I hope he is always available to work here when i need them again.

The HOA meet with Russ prior to hiring them. Oh, an about that he made an appointment with a 2 hours window and showed several hours later, didn't answer his cell and he didn't call saying he was going to be late.
When he finally showed up, he walked the property with an HOA board member and gave us a price to remove the rust and paint the porches.
The quote was accepted by the HOA Board (about 2 weeks later), and once again he made an appointment and once again did NOT show up at the agreed time which had another 2hour window.
But he did show up several hours later, I called him

Street Appeal Pros brings house power washing to a new level.
Seeing green mold and missing shingles on my home was very discouraging.
My past experience with power washing though inexpensive was done by a cheerful fellow who left behind light fixtures full of water that then did not work, pulp litter from shingles all over and a lightly cleaned deck.
John and his crew explained the process with eco-friendly products. They not only did a thorough cleaning but sealed the shingles for about 10 yr protection.
And
All pulp was removed.
Shingles even at roofline were replaced.
My skylights were washed

Attention to detail made my home look 20 years younger. They got on top of my 15 year old roof and their eco friendly power wash removed all traces of black streaks caused by nature. They removed gutter covers and cleared out 10 years of sludge and replaced covers. They power washed my wood porches restoring them to their original color, dried, and sealed. They were friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. I will be using them in spring for whole house power wash. Great job !
