Buying a home is perhaps the most important purchase in one's life. I would NEVER do business with this company again.. very frustrating experience. I think certain people there need to understand timely communication and attention to detail is paramount. I understand competitive markets and other factors come into play; however, lets not use this as an excuse for poor service. The art is to make your customer feel secure and confident that their interests are being represented correctly.
