Since we work with many clients across different industries, the range of skills required for our positions are as varied as the jobs themselves.
If you have a friend or a relative that is interested, refer them to us. For each referral employed by Forge Industrial Staffing for a minimum of two (2) days, you will receive a bonus (amount depending on location). Referral form must be turned in at the time referred employee is interviewed. Additional referral slips are available at the Forge office.
Forge Industrial Staffing specializes in light industrial work and works with a wide variety of clients such as manufacturing plants, greenhouses and warehouses. Positions available include packaging, assembly, production line work, forklift driving, welding, machine maintenance and everything in between.

I Had 2 Assignments With Forge Industrial Staffing In FtWayne IN. I Will Never Work For Them Again!!!!! Both Places They Sent Me Too Where Bad! The Worst Experience Ever in My Warehouse Career. The First Place They Sent Me To. I Got Sexually Harassed. I Needed To Work. So I Asked Them For Another Job Somewhere Else. I Wanted To Give Them Another Chance To Put Me in A Better Job Setting. So The Second Job They Sent Me Too I Was Trying To Go To Work Walked. When I Got There. The Place Was Full Of Cops Ambulance News People . One Of The Team Lead's Got Shot 5 Times . It Was On 5 o&apos
