We had our roof stripped and shingled by Tim Nichols Construction In July of 2020. We couldn’t be more pleased! Tim and his crew were professional, thorough and meticulous with their work, including the cleanup! Vic and I highly recommend this locally owned business, and would definitely utilize them again with any future projects. And, our our finished roof looks great!

We had 3 companies quote our roof replacement and chose Tim because of his timeliness and professionalism during the quoting process. It was the right call as these qualities were evident in his work as well. Tim and his crew did a phenomenal job not only with our roof, but also in diagnosing and inexpensively helping correct attic ventilation problems that contributed to the premature failure of our previous roof. Tim replaced the roof on my house. He is an excellent service provider, a good communicator, and a solid individual who does quality work at a reasonable price. Some rotting plywood needed replaced in a couple of areas, which is the sort of thing you can't know until you remove the old shingles. These increased the quoted price just a little, but he showed me photos and discussed them with me before proceeding. After the job, he did a thorough cleanup. Also, the workers who assisted him with the roof were personable and consistent. I would highly recommend Tim.
