ServPro, specifically Andrea Rodriguez, was very prompt in coming out to survey all the damage from water in the upstairs and downstairs of our home and she’s very knowledgeable in everything involved. The team came out quick and knew exactly what needed to be done in order for the damaged areas to dry as fast as possible. She was very reassuring that they would take care of everything and she would work with our insurance company to make the process move as smooth and quickly as possible. Still an ongoing issue, but we’re moving along.
