All treatments are performed with a doctor on-site and every one of our staff members has 10-20 years industry experience.
As we age, the tissues of our face will begin to lose elasticity and volume. This lax skin can sag, allowing fine lines and deep creases to form. Areas with repetitive movements, such as those around the eyes and mouth, are especially prone to wrinkles. Smoking, sun damage, and genetics further contribute to these early signs of aging.
Dysport injectables treats moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows by reducing specific muscle activity. Wrinkles are caused by repeated movements and muscle contractions, which means they can even develop in younger adults. One injection into each of 5 points between and above the eyebrows temporarily prevents muscle contractions that cause frown lines, leaving the rest of your face to move naturally.
Juvderm treatments are performed in our office in about 30 minutes and results are immediate. The treatment solution incorporates hyaluronic acid which is contained in the crystal-clear gel. Every syringe is specifically designed for a different treatment area. In time, youthful skin loses its natural volume as folds and wrinkles start to form.
The Juvederm family of fillers are injectable gels made from modified hyaluronic acid (HA). HA is a complex sugar naturally found in the human body, helping the skin to retain moisture and softness. Juvederm Voluma XC instantly adds volume and lift for facial sculpting and contouring in the mid-face or jawline, while Juvederm XC is used to fill deeper lines for a smoother appearance in the lip and lower face.

I was involved in a car accident in 2017 and have suffered unbearable thoracic back spasms that have progressively gotten worse to the point of being unable to move—absolutely excruciating pain. I was referred to Dr. Visser for acupuncture and after the first session I was slightly skeptical on whether this route would work for me as my spasms continued to intensify for three days succeeding my first appointment. I have been a client at New Image Med Spa for a few years now. They are my go to spot for all of my skin care needs. I regularly schedule skin care treatments with Sara Reynolds, who is one of the best aestheticians available. She is so professional caring and is an expert in her field. My skin has never looked so good and it is all due to Sara.
I am not usually one to write reviews, but after my appointment today, I have never been so happy with my results. I received Dysport and fillers in my face today with Dr. Bob Ruiz. Dr. Bob is the best injector ever! He is a true artist. I highly recommend

I had a lot of stiffness in my back and neck when I went in search of a chiropractor. I did a search online and found Imagine Wellness. Dr. Zamora took x-rays of my back and neck. She showed the problems with my back, and also identified that my neck was even worse, to the point that the vertebrae were nearly fused. We began work immediately. I had relief starting from the first session. There is now greater flexibility in my back and neck and the pain is significantly reduced. Fantastic experience the nurse Patty is highly experienced and skilled. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and were able to make me an appointment the same day I called. This office give you reward points for your treatments. I did quite a bit of research and their prices were lower than other local Spas but the quality and service Image Med Spa offer is Excellent.

My Recent visit to New Image Med Spa was a wonderful experience. The facility was very nice and quiet when entering so it made the experience relaxing. The staff were very inviting. Last month I had the pleasure of visiting New Image Med Spa in Ahwatukee. I must say that I was not disappointed! First and foremost the staff at New Image was welcoming, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about the treatments I was receiving. They took time to answer any and all questions I had prior to the treatment. The microdermabrasion I received was wonderful and the results were fantastic (new, soft skin with improved texture). The laser treatment was helpful for all sunspots. Finally, the massage I received was one of the best ever. Not only did the massage help with my overall wellness
