Airbenders did an amazing job installing a new Trane heating & cooling system in my home. David and Jalal were professional, prompt, and friendly. They performed the cleanest HVAC install I've ever seen! Rebekah and Sadaf were extremely helpful in answering questions and preparing an estimate for me. They were even able to conduct a no-contact quote -- they are really committed to stopping the spread of COVID-19. Once the install was complete, they even registered the warranty for me! What a great team of professionals - I'll be sticking with them.

Yes they will drop the price to do work and are really nice but what I asked myself is why? So after having a gas furnace installed the glue was very illegal and dumped carbon dioxide in my house. Tony the main installer will jack leg any flue pipe in and come to find out they are supposed to pull permits to work on gas appliances. And are supposed to be inspected by the county for proper install. David dose not pull permits so makes me think is he licensed? Next I will be call fairfax to check his license status and will post it.

I had a great experience with David, Tim, and the whole crew at Airbenders. They did a lot of work for me -- running a gas line, installing a gas fireplace insert, fixing the crown of my chimney, and installing a few electric outlets. The work was all done skillfully and professionally, and they worked to make sure I was satisfied throughout. Plus, their prices were very reasonable, and David offered various bits of advice (minor plumbing and HVAC issues) free of charge. I'd definitely recommend hiring these guys!

AirBenders technician came out to repair our heating system in our townhome. Technician Had our system running within 20 minutes and charged us less than $200. What impressed me the most,is that he noticed the water heater was dripping from the bottom but he realized it and informed us. it would've been a disaster if it wasn't fixed. They were able to replace it same day. Very pleased with honesty and And professionalism of this company highly recommended we will use them again.

Recently, our water heater failed us and it was a big disaster! We shopped around for quotes and availability, and we finally decided on AirBenders. They were not cheapest, but they're availability and customer service, and compassion is what sold me. Our water heater had went out early in the evening, and AirBenders was able to knock us out that VERY SAME EVENING!! I was shocked! They heard my frustrations with needing the hot water immediately and made it happen without having my family be without hot water for long at all. David Jalal, the owner, and his team provided excellent service replacing our HVAC system and water heater. David thoroughly and patiently explained the options, and very quickly scheduled the replacement work. The team, led by Tony, showed up promptly, took care to put down dropcloths, which was much appreciated on a very rainy and muddy day, and carefully installed the new HVAC system and water heater in tight quarters.

Yup, This group is good. Second time using them. First time needed a mini split installed in a bedroom. They did great. Years later still happy with their work. Called them couple days ago, needed a new hot water heater. Next day they were out first thing in the morning and finished a couple hours later. Super service. Rebekah is a great communicator and made it really easy. Great from scheduling to job completion. Technicians were conscientious and super careful in my house. Wore booties. Airbenders is the best HVAC shop I've used in the last 15 years. I recently ended a long term relationship with another HVAC vendor. They installed a humidifier years ago and could never get it working. The Airbenders tech checked one wire and got it up in running in minutes. They're responsive, have weekend hours and are very professional. I highly recommend.
