Mr. Samuda did a wonderful job cleaning our car. He is definitely excellent at his job and knows a lot about how to take care of cars. He is polite, professional, jovial, punctual, and simply said, does a superb job. He has invested in the most up-to-date equipment to use, which helped him do a great job. We couldn't be any more pleased than we are and we intend to ask him again and again in coming months to take care of our two cars. In addition, we are going to refer him to other family members. We highly recommend him.

Samuda was able to fit in me thru a cancellation within 48 hours. Took one look at my cloth seats, covered in water/liquid stains, and understood the assignment 👏🏼. Not only do my seats look good as new , everyone who has gotten into my car in the past day says it has that “new car smell”. That means they like it. I’ll take it.

I received a gift certificate for this service and by the time I got around to scheduling the appointment the certificate had expired but Marques told me to go ahead and schedule the service and he would honor which right away made me appreciate this company.

I found Samuda detailing through the Opti-Coat website, where they were listed as one of the few certified installers in the area. Marques was very helpful and informative about the various options and different products he currently uses and has tried.
He did an extremely thorough job, coating everything the eye could see, including the wheels and even the brake calipers (which look fantastic). When I went to pick up my car early in the morning, Marques was outside with it in sub-40 degree weather, doing some final touch-ups, just to make sure it looked perfect before handing it over. I have had my Trailblazer for exactly 10 years. Today was its first detail. I talked to Marques about what I wanted done and he tailored a plan to fit my needs. I took my newly detailed truck to the GMC dealership and was offered more for a trade in than I could have expected. Marques is the man!! I truly appreciate what he did for me today.

Marques is the best of the best. My Audi Q7 gets beat up by my two kids and he's the only one who can make her looking and smelling like she did when I bought her. He's very professional and quick. I'm not sure how he has any 5 star reviews . His definition of showroom and mine are two different things. $300 dollars for a full size pickup is a little high put if it's going to be a great job then no problem. However I received a terrible job. I took photos of areas that where not even wiped down. Inside of door jams should be wiped down. One would think. I purchased my truck off the showroom floor. I also worked my way thru school detailing cars for car dealerships. Although no one ever goes in my back seat that does mean don't clean them. How I know there was still dirt no

Two weeks ago I took my new vehicle to Samuda Detailing. The dealership that I bought it from did a lousy job of cleaning it before selling it to me. Setting up the appointment was fast and easy, and when I picked up my vehicle when it was done I was simply amazed! The interior of the vehicle smelled like a new truck and all the cracks and crevices where dirt piles up was removed. The exterior of the vehicle had a glossy shine to it and still does after all the rain that we've gotten this past week. I had my car detailed but unfortunately the interior was still clearly dirty. I contacted him via email (at 4:45pm) and explained that the interior still has coffee stains and obvious dirt in it and included photos. His response was verbatim at 8:31pm...

Samuda Detailing and Marques absolutely ROCK! I bought my truck used in January and was never happy with the cleanliness of it but knew I'd get it professionally detailed eventually. Of course I wanted to wait until after winter but never could decide on where to take it. Then it went through summer so not only was it still gross from snow and everything else it now had sand in it from the beach along with the usual kid's stuff since I also have a 4 year old. We just relocated from the West Coast and our vehicle was on an open car carrier for 10 days. When we received it, the car was so filthy we couldn't tell if there was any damage from the trip. We are in a short term apartment rental, so it would have been difficult to wash the car ourselves. ( plus we were just moving in so limited time and tools to do it).
