My husband has been a client of Mr. Sykes for 20 plus years. During that time, he has dutifully maintained all financial obligations, requiring only minimal contact with Sykes & Company for account review and updates. As we near retirement and other such matters, we felt it prudent to once again review and/or confirm the account information of record. I have been a customer here for about 4 or 5 years. I just want to say kudos to Terra who works in this office. She is always professional and handle my questions/comments on the spot or get right back to me. She is very reliable and stays on top of things. Even if I am offered cheaper insurance elsewhere, I plan to remain a customer here based on the customer service I have received. In this world today, great customer service is a rarity.

Insurance companies are a very tough entity to review. Unless you've had a major claim and had experiences to one side of the spectrum or the other the only thing you can really review is customer service and pricing. Up to this point I've never made a claim, lucky me, so I cannot review services I haven't utilized.
Three stars for this company seems a little light so I'm edging towards 3 and a half. The customer service for this location has always been pleasant. Juanita was my latest service representative for this office and did a splendid job of communicating the details
