It’s been a year since my kitchen was redone. I sent Cabinet World a personal letter after the install but I decided to finally write an on line review. They did a great job. It’s all about the people. We ran into a few problems and we were delayed a bit but their folks are unbelievable. Our salesperson, Pam, was soooo responsive. She went out of her way multiple times to help us. The construction crew was professional, knowledgeable, responsive and accommodating. They rectified all of my concerns. From the very first visit by our sales representative (Heidi Hemer)we received excellent service. Heidi did a thorough evaluation of our wants and needs. Always involving us in the process. She added excellent design ideas. We definitely enjoyed the design process.
The actual work done was a dream. Start to finish in five weeks. The guys doing all the work were extremely professional. They kept us in the loop as we went alone allowing us to fit in some other work like painting etc. Everything major was coordinated by Cabinet World. Super smooth process.

After visiting the store, I was quoted one price over the phone and when I went in to place the order and pay they wanted over $200 more for the single cabinet we wanted. He said he wasn't sure what he did or how he came up with that price but they couldn't honor it. Conveniently, he didn't save the quote in his computer either. Was a waist of my time dealing with them. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of.

I’m happy that I chose to work with Cabinet World when it was time to remodel our kitchen. While Charo the designer was the key to bringing my vision to a reality, every one of the staff that we ultimately worked with made the process easy and stress free. Although we chose to do the actual installation ourselves, they stood by their products and services completely and I can trust that they will continue to do so.

Don't go to the Cranberry Township store location unless you go in as a couple. The staff did not even acknowledge me as a single woman looking to plan a kitchen remodel. I spend at least 15-20 minutes looking and walking the entire store and not one single staff member approached me. I was looking at a display in front of store when a couple walked in they were immediately approached and asked what project they wanted to talk about. To bad Cabinet World you missed a very large sale of a complete remodel of a very expensive kitchen.

I recently had my old 41 year old kitchen remodeled into a beautiful, quality, better functioning kitchen by Cabinet World. Beginning with Pam and her design skills to the very last finishing details of installation, EVERYONE related to the project was on time, kind, respectful of my time and respectful of my house.
