I was told that they were able to handle US taxes for citizens living in Canada no problem. From our in person conversation, I wasn't so confident that Cindy knew what she was talking about and am hoping there are no errors on the return.
Also the communication was pretty shoddy... I wrote to check in after a month because I heard nothing about if the return was sent or any information after our meeting.. then a couple days later a response that it would be sent to me by the end of the week. 2 weeks later I asked what the status is and then a week later finally the tax documents I wanted. This

Stalled, refused to communicate with paying customer, complete waste of time! Reported this business to the IRS and WA State Attorney General for negligence. Honesty and Integrity are the forefront of requirements of CPAs, apparently this office knows of either! Do not recommend this place! Zero trust! Do not waste your time! Stay far far away!
