By offering one-on-one training during the intro course, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs.
We are here to train YOU! We are here for YOU! We love the community that is developed in CrossFit gyms when training with others on a regular basis. But we DO EXPECT everyone to treat the box with respect. And to treat those around you with that same respect. Re-rack all weights even if you didn't use them.
A: CrossFit is right for everyone. But don't be confused, not everyone is right for CrossFit. Our workouts are not easy and they may literally be the most challenging workouts you will ever come across. But, our workouts may also be the most rewarding and provide the best results by far. CrossFit is for you - only if you want it to be.
At CrossFit Bluefield the On-ramp course is how you start off on the right path to reach your goals. Members new to CrossFit will be required to take the course. Personally coached by one of our certified CrossFit level-1 trainers and delivered in small group sessions no larger than 3-5 athletes, the On-ramp course is designed to get you to your first class with the knowledge you need to be successful!
Walk through the Globo gym. Trainer shows you the "cardio areas", which consist of rows upon rows of treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes. Next, you are shown the local Globo gym "machines areas". Various contraptions with diagrams that highlight whatever muscle group the thing is supposed to isolate.
