I was so pleased with Servpro’s cleaning service. Thank you for making my 5 x 7 rug look as great as the day I purchased it. Kimberly and Mel have a fantastic business, so whatever cleaning need you may have, give them a call and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Mel & Kimberly are running a class act operation! I called ON A SUNDAY and they were able to come out next day to do a deep cleaning for us here at The United Agency. With all of the recent events going on with COVID numbers on the rise, we decided to have a preventative, “COVID-19” decontamination, cleaning to provide a clean safe environment for us and our clients. They were prompt, thorough and very fairly priced. 5 stars!

Under commit and over-deliver; our dealings with SERVPRO have been exceptional. When one of our campus houses leaked recently...they not only took decisive action but also provided guidelines and a process to assure that the same situation would not occur in the future. In an emergency, you are more sometimes more concerned about response time than cost; it was comforting to know that the cost was competitive and response immediate.

Servpro of Newberry and Laurens helped my family tremendously when we needed our carpets cleaned. Their worker was friendly and on time and made the whole experience a pleasant one. They even took an oriental rug to their facility to clean it and returned it promptly. Kimberly and Mel have a wonderful community spirit and volunteer and help wherever needed. I had several area rugs that needed to be cleaned and SERVPRO of Newberry and Laurens Counties did an excellent job making them look almost brand new again and with the option of drop off or pick up for you made it even easier.
