Whenever I go to Stephen Allen Jewelers, for my wife’s engagement ring, for an anniversary gift, to have a watch battery replaced, they treat me like a valued customer. I have been a customer for over ten years for needs from everything from sterling silver to platinum. Steve has it all. The best part is how he and his staff go above and beyond for customer service. He is the only jeweler I would trust with sentimental pieces to be repaired or modified. He has done both and everything has come out awesome every time. Go to Stephen Allen Jewelers. I wanted to enhance the engagement ring that I offered my wife, when I was 22 and excited for the prospects of our future but laden with college debt. It was a modest ring to say the least. I met Stephen and his associates, and while I know that all jewelry is a high mark-up industry, Stephen and his people were generous in their ability to augment our original ring with a beautiful rectification. Working with Stephen and the ladies at Stephen Allen Jewelers was great! They helped me design my PERFECT natural yellow diamond engagement ring and were very conscious about staying in my fiance's budget. My ring ended up needing to be resized and Stephen did it as soon as I arrived and I got it back within 20 minutes. Such a pleasant experience and I will definitely be back for our wedding bands!
