From a musical perspective, a wedding is like a trip through time. It starts with Soft music, transitions during the meal to easy listening, and ends with the real party hits. Only a good DJ is able to select the right music for such an extraordinary event. Birthdays and anniversaries are always a happy occasion, and I can create the right mood with my music selection!
We have been in the music business since 1974. Music styles have come and gone, and although we have attended countless parties, we love nothing more than watching a dancing crowd from the DJ booth. Due to our many years of experience, We have not only become an experts in terms of music, but also in organizing parties.
My first dealings with Cannon Entertainment was when I was on the entertainment committee for my high school reunion. We hired Rob after shopping around various DJs. They arrived on time and kept the party going with music that every age group could dance to and enjoy. They are truly affordable for someone that is on a budget.
A: A DJ's job is to entertain the entire party, with that being said, choosing the correct music to cover all age groups is important to the sucess of any party. A DJ will choose appropriate music, they will make sure songs are not repeated unless requested by the person in charge and will make suggestions based on the time frame you are working with.

I hands down picked the BEST DJ! Rob since the very start was very helpful with preparations. I loved the selection provided on his list. He also got mixes that I wanted for special events within my reception. We talked throughout the process. He was fun talking with and kept this part of planning very easy going. The day of our reception was AMAZING! The sound and lighting really enhanced our reception venue! You can't go wrong with ROB and the Cannon Entertainment team!

Excellent! Service far exceeded the price we paid. great DJ. Overall, friendly, curious, and professional. We have used Cannon Entertainment for the past 3 parties (July, 2015, April, 2016, and March, 2018) We used other DJ Company in the past and were not happy, since we started using Cannon Entertainment I would not use any other DJing services. They are professional, curious, and fun. They know what type of music to play for all crowds. Let me start by saying that Cannon entertainment is an absolute delight to work with. Rob Cannon is so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He and Rich really went a long way in providing the wedding of my dreams. Rich was so professional...he played everything we requested and threw in some great song choices of his own. I got so many compliments on the dj. I can't recommend this company enough...thank you so much, Rob!!!
