They not only prepare our tax returns for business and personal but they also do our bookkeeping! We couldn't operate without them! We began using this firm two years ago. They have been more than helpful and go out of their way to make the process of filing taxes, payroll, etc much easier.

I had literally been calling CPAs for 2 days straight and could barely get in contact with anyone!
And when I did, they weren’t too helpful.
Tricia however, answered on the first ring and not only did she go out of her way to help me get the correct statements I needed for my apartment but she invited me to the office and took the time to educate me about why it’s important to pay attention to your books and financials.
They are making my life so much easier already. I would recommend Kohari & Gonzalez to everyone!

I have the very same similar experience from the other two 1 and 2 star comments. I actually just discontinued my service with them today after a back and forth of an unproductive 3 weeks to start a LLC. Very nice people but not as professional as they seem or claim to be. Would not recommend them for your business but if you do choose definitely do not pay in full up front until the work you request is completed.

Upon relocating to Charlotte NC in 1990 a friend recommended Kohari & Gonzalez to us. Since that time K&G has been the only CPA firm we've used for our personal and business tax preparation and we've been extremely happy with their services. The initial services were very good. And I really loved working with them
But in a few months the customer service began to decline. We couldn't get returned phone calls, items requested were late, we always got conflicting information, and finally out of a notice our services would be discontined. No explanation. The most disappointing experience was that you can never get a straight answer. One person would tell us one thing and someone else another. They either had more business then they could handle, or my business wasn't big enough.

Came over to Kohari & Gonzalez when our long time accountant retired and headed us their way. They've been doing our personal and business taxes for three years now. Very thorough, accommodating and up to date on tax laws and changes. I would recommend them. Two convenient locations easy to get to.
