Today it was about 10 degrees and extremely cold.not the kind of day you want to go out and investigate your cars problems! However, I did and after realizing that my batter was dead got in touch with Mystic. Jorge was prompt, efficient and extremely nice. Got the job done quickly and even fixed the battery casing (last person installed it incorrectly)!

THANK YOU, GEORGE! My boyfriend and I were on our way home from a wedding and stopped in Cold Springs for a quick bite on the way. We parked on a hil of a busy street in between two cars. Jumped into the truck and it wouldnt start. About 30 min later we called AAA and George came to the rescue. We were so concerned about towing given our current spot but turns out we didn't even need to! George knew exactly what was wrong (sticky fuel pump is apparently common w chevys) and with a quick tap on the tank while starting the engine and our truck was up and running again. George was so pleasant

At the end of a long weekend, the last thing I wanted was to have to deal with a car that wouldn't start. AAA assigned me to Mystic Towing to get my car towed to the nearest dealership. Even though I had to leave out of state that evening, George from Mystic towing was extremely accommodating, despite the fact that he had to service multiple customers on a Sunday night due to service interruptions from other towing companies. Despite all that, he managed to bring my car to the dealership at 1130 pm on a Sunday and STILL texted me to keep me updated and had everything all sorted out. Thanks
