Channa is the best! She takes the time to get to know her clients, their skin and any worries they have. Then suggests a treatment plan that works for you. I wholeheartedly trust this woman with my face lol it has never been smoother and healthier till working with her.

I've been seeing Channa for the last 3 months for facials, dermaplaning, and recently for microneedling. Channa has improved my skin so much. I have combination skin that is rather reactive, and Channa has been able to significantly reduce redness (facials) and give me that "glow" (microneedling). With the microneedling, Channa really prepared me for what to expect and then held my hand through the process with daily check-ins afterwards.

Channa is great! She's very warm, welcoming, and engaging. She made sure I was very comfortable during my wax session and we chatted the whole time. I appreciate how careful she is during the COVID pandemic. She wears a face mask and shield and makes sure to properly sanitize the room before each session, whereas my previous aesthetician refused to even wear a mask... I'll definitely be back and would recommend her to anyone!

Channa is AMAZING! She is always making me feel comfortable and relax! My brows and lashes has never looked so good! Channa does a wonderful job sugaring. My skin has never looked or felt so soft and amazing! She has great skin care suggestions for my dry skin and has great products that I could use to keep my dry skin soft and healthy. I recently went for my very first sugaring experience. It's something I've wanted to do for years, and I'm so glad I found Channa. She made the whole process very comfortable, happily answered all my questions and helped me to feel at ease. You can tell she really cares about her clientele and her work, she did an amazing job. Channa is amazing at sugaring. I have been getting Brazilians for almost 6 years now and I have seen many esthetician's, bar far Channa is definitely one of the best. She also offers facials, which is a huge plus bexauee not all hair removal places offer facials! Highly recommend scheduling your next skin car or hair removal appointment with her!

Best spa I have ever been to! The care that Channa puts into every service is impeccable. She takes the time to find exactly what service will work best and explains everything in great detail. She is so genuine and sweet. I can not recommend Channa and Universal Glow enough. She is the best esthetician I have ever used and I refuse to go to anyone else (YES- she's THAT good!)
