The fact that her entire staff has quit is a direct reflection of her character and leadership.
She is now withholding our checks saying she will mail them on payday. Our payday for the last four months has already passed … she now refuses to tell us what day payday is.

I absolutely loved shopping at this boutique! They have a good variety of things. Casual, girls night out and even some pieces you can dress professionally with. You can dress almost anything in this store up or down. Ruby was so friendly and welcoming and ready to help when needed. This is definitely one of the better boutiques I’ve been to in Lubbock!

I personally didn't like this boutique. I had a bad experience with the staff being un-kind and unhelpful. I never leave reviews and don't typically take the time to speak an unnecessary opinion but this time, felt the need to speak out on my experience. Between having no clothes I liked and having bad management that wasn't helpful, I felt the need to speak out. Also, save your money! The clothes are typical yet still overpriced. Give your business to a different local boutique.

This store is absolutely the best! The wonderful and amazingly helpful staff are rockstars!! The clothing speaks to me! The accessories are unique! I am a Vibeage girl for life! My entire closet is slowly turning into an entire Vibeage store itself! Don’t listen to Robert! He don’t know what he’s talking about!!

I do NOT recommend coming to this establishment at all. There are plenty of boutiques in the surrounding area that actually care about your well-being. Or heck - so many cute boutiques around the country that have online stores! I went in to look for something cute for a date night, and made sure my mask went over my nose as I came in. However, you can imagine my surprise when I saw that the two gals working at that time did not have masks on the entire duration that I was in the store. I did not find anything other than a headband (a big regret btw because some of the stitching is coming off)

O.M.G. Vibeage Boutique is the best boutique in LBK. Ruby and Sydney are amazing. Everytime you walk in, you are greeted with friendly and sweet girls. Vibeage Boutique has the best clothing, shoes and jewelry selection no matter what your style. They have everything from neutrals to band tee’s to everything in between. Ruby goes above and beyond to make your shopping experience great. Vibeage Boutique is an A+ place to shop if you are in LBK.

Y’all - this girl and her business are doing big things in Lubbock!! You won’t find another boutique like it. Ruby and her staff never hesitate to go the extra mile and provide exceptional customer service and the friendliest atmosphere for shopping. I have been most impressed with her willingness to follow the rules during the COVID ‘pandemic’ and more so her tenacity, perseverance, and grit to push forward and not let anyone bring her business down by standing up for her rights of freedom as an individual and a business owner - all the while being as professional and respectful as possible
