I am very disappointed with the customer service department. Frankly speaking, I regret doing business with BH Paving. My recommendation is that they stick to paving ommerical property verses residential. I do not believe they have the patients or qualities required to deal with owners of residential property. In order to do residientla business, you have to be a people person. Be compassionate, take your time and do not pressure a customer into signing a contract. Make sure the customer thoroughly understands the entire contract, both sides of the page. Returning a customer's phone call

This company is very very unprofessional and very dishonest. I have told Richard the severe water retention on the driveway but he have not even attempted to check the problem. They made the driveway 3 inches lower than my dirt or grass level so when it rains the water retain in the driveway. It takes 3 days to dry out . I told Richard winter time my driveway will be ice skating ring. He says he will stop by but have not done so. I notified him July 7 of the problem but have not responded.

Very average paving work and their drivers speed past houses early Saturday morning. Now I'm dealing with multiple complaints. Called to tell BH, but they don't seem to care. They should be more considerate and realize their asphalt isn't the only thing we hire them for. Will look elsewhere for all future paving.

BH Paving = shoddy work, poor customer service, did not honor our contract. Our driveway is crumbling in just under 2 yrs after BH paved what was contracted for a lay of 3 1/2" pavement. Come to find that there is barely 1/4" in alot of the areas that is now crumbling and has alligator cracks. We have repeatedly called and left messages with his wife and have yet to get a call back. We are now in contact with our attorney as well as filing a complaint with the state attorney general.
If you use them make sure you are there at all times while theyre working. Thats our mistake
