Sharon with Cascade Disposal was EXCELLENT!!!!! I called in to get our account on auto pay and Sharon took her time walked me through the site to double check mailing address of statement and getting the account on Auto Pay!!!

After the remodeling project was done, the driver noticed the business was not really utilizing the dumpster so he suggested they switch to a smaller roll cart. Jenny, in the office was very helpful in getting the switch over done. Great service, Bend is fortunate to have such a responsive company.

Cascade Disposal has been our weekly trash and recycling provider for many years. It is an outstanding company, reliable in even the worst weather conditions, drivers are very professional, are friendly, and do not hesitate to lend a helping hand when needed by us older customers! Its office staff is likewise professional, helpful, and courteous. We have maintained for several years that it is the very best value among all the utility providers in central Oregon!

Yard debris pick up was today. Can was left half full. It was below freezing this morning so thought that might have been a problem. Called Cascade and explained the situation. They told me to stir the contents and that they would send a truck back. They did less than 3 hours later same day. Great service. And the reps are always friendly and helpful on the phone. I have called them before with recycling questions and always get answers. Bend is lucky to have such a great service.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Matt J who was collecting yard waste/compost this morning on my street.
He had already passed my house and picked up the main container and was circling back on the other side of the street when I came out with my small kitchen compost container planning to just drop it in the big bin.
He stopped, got out and asked if I would like to dump that too.
Totally didn't need to but it was a wonderful and helpful gesture and I hope he is recognized for it.

I had received a past due notice even though my account was set up under "recurring payments". It turned out that somehow my account was reflecting an account number we used 4 years ago in Vancouver, Washington! Jenny Davis in the Bend office was wonderful to work with and walked me through the steps necessary so that my account would reflect the correct information. Jenny gets my 5 star rating because of her skill and positive attitude! Great job Jenny....
