Very Unprofessional Company. Owner Dennis Wilson refused to take any accountability for slip ups on their end. Company miss routed shipments to wrong addresses and tried billing storage fees for products we did not know he was holding. When questioned, the owner became frustrated and agitated threatening he would hold our goods unless we paid him by Paypal ? Owner seems cranky and has a short fuse. Did not attempt to have a cordial conversation with us.

I've gone here many times over the last few years and I love it. Nice guys, fast, efficient, and fair hours...can't expect people to work 7 days a week. Gotta laugh at the people complaining about having to use American cash...if you're going to a U.S. store/company expecting to pay foreign currency you're going to have a bad time. 10/10 would and will go again.

I have 50++ small to medium size packages going through Edge Logistics and have spent a few hours there with the guys at the front desk. I stand in line and watch then treat everyone with the same high level of respect and good service. From a service perspective: excellent. I should write a commendation letter for those guys. I've seen those guys always take special care to check ID, to check tracking #'s and to be careful with handling of fragile items. I am hugely grateful to them because they leaped up to help when I thought I had lost a $**** ring in the big disposal boxes. While my friend

Great service, friendly staff. I have used Edge Logistics a few times and have been happy every time. As for complaining about hours and currency my suggestion is read the rules before signing up for an account, you can then make an informed decision as to whether or not this is the best option for you.
