I personally went in to the shop to place an order...it wasn't much just a small 8" reducer. spoke with Derek about my needs and he briefly sketched out a drawing and told me he would get back to me with a price.
later that day Derek called with a price, I personally thought the price was a little on the high end but I like to shop and support local business. He told me it would be ready for pick-up in 3 days. after the 3 days I called to see if it was ready to pick up, the secretary said she would call me back after she talked to Derek. I never got a call back only a text message from Derek saying

I have been working with quick tin since 2004. Often times needing things made within the hour. It seems they have always bent over backwards to help me whenever possible.
