Dave was very fair and went the extra mile for us. We have purchased 3 new trailers in the past 5 years. He treated me fair on the trade and also picked up and delivered. Cannot say enough good things about SOM! They worked tirelessly on my Foodtruck to Install an inverter for my refrigerator and freezer. These guys are awesome to say the least. They have been extremely patient with figuring out powering issues with our coffee truck. They go above and beyond to achieve what they say they will provide. They even helped me get to the parts store when my truck got stranded at their place.

We can’t say enough great things about SOM! The service department rehabbed our 2003 Coachman to excellent safety standards and for a modern look. We were so impressed that they itemized each issue with pricing and allowed us to determine what we wanted to have fixed. No matter when or how often we call, Dave (at the front desk) is so patient and is willing to assist us. We feel fortunate to have SOM as our go to guys!!!

We applied for a trailer with Dave and were told that we were denied for approval of credit. he mentioned several times about an acquaintance being interested in trailer, after repeatedly getting the run around and making things nearly impossible to deal with and Dave selling trailer, we received letter in the mail that we were approved for trailer. absolutely horrible way of doing business and I would highly recommend finding a different dealer.
