We took them a lock around 10am. They needed to remake a few springs for some doors we have on a boat and replace/rebuild a lock. When I went in I asked for it to be ready that day, and one of the employees commented, very rudely, that "the rich people will lose their electricity". Very rude and snarky remark that was completely unnecessary to someone who is goving you business. They finished the peices that day (around 1pm) and they fit. But that comment along with a few other people who have reviewed them will make is look for a different location in the future.

Not the experts on cutting car keys. The young one does not yet possess the skills and experience with cutting symmetrical car keys so both of the copied keys did not work (can't turn the cylinder of the car door). I was disappointed by the response that in order to turn the copied key I need a chip while in fact the transponder chip is only needed for the ignition. As a result, I wasted a trip to Newport, and some dollars for their work that did not work.
