Will the parts be ordered before I drop off my vehicle? Yes. We order your parts as soon as you give Dave's Collision approval to work on your vehicle. This enables us to start working on your vehicle as soon as you bring it in. This also allows us to return your vehicle to you as quickly as possible.

I received rude customer service from the lady at the counter. Though she was probably just busy I tried to be nice anyways. It was stuffy in there and I am allergic to dogs so I had to wait in a spot where I could barely breathe on a dirty couch. The crew seems to do a good job. There's no indication on where to park and that's where the lady really got rude with me even after I apologized. It's not the place for me but you can try it yourself
