This place is a genuine Kendall treasure. The herbs and natural products are awesome. BUT the true treasure is the used books. You have to come OFTEN to appreciate the true value of never paying full price for books again. The variety is incredible.

A magical place filled with the aroma of books, teas, herbs, and notions. You can buy something and leave or stay and read. Tea N Sanity is welcoming, calming, with something to see everywhere you look. Eunice has deep knowledge about herbs and suggest some that would help you heal. She sells fresh eggs from growers who treat their chickens like pets, and she makes fresh soup. I do hope you will go there and see for yourself.

I was looking for an apothecary near me and this place popped up. Went today and was really happy with the herbal selection. So glad this is so close to my house. I’m definitely going to go back.

Tea N Sanity is magical! I am truly blessed to have found them. They have all kinds of herbs and spices you can think of. They also produce there own shampoos, creams and soaps! The owners the the SWEETEST!!!! Very knowledgeable and helpful with anything you need. They also have a section full of books where you can donate and exchange for another. I am grateful to have truly found them.

Amazing soup!!! Tasty and healthy, loved it. Love your products…tinctures, teas, kombucha. Highly recommend this shop to everyone. Eunice is a doll. I am excited to use the menopause and lucid dreaming tincture.

At this store i began using their kambucha. I was healed of terrible excema thru their product. Great way to get rid of skin trouble naturally without taking the pills from dermatologists.i recomend the store and owners are great!

This place is a gem! I recommend it to everyone I know because it’s so special. The owners are so sweet and will help you with any questions you have. They have so many organic herbs and homemade products, and a lovely used book store (the last one in Miami-Dade). I love this shop!!!!

Wow! Very nice store with a wide variety of tea. The owners are very pleasant and awesome to talk to regarding any questions you may have about their products. I am very impressed with this tea shop and will definitely continue shopping here. I recommend that you call before going just to make sure that they are there. They have things like cough drops as well.

Unlike your everyday cup of tea! Chai tea was mixed by the owner and the taste is full of flavor and deliciousness. Pure goodness in a cup!

I had a wonderful experience here. I went in to look into the kombucha I kept hearing about, and I left with organic eggs from their farm, oil to help with migraines, and the kombucha. While there I had a great convo with one of the owners and took a glimpse into their collection of books and teas. They sell other products such as goat cheese from another local farm.

This has easily become a new favorite quick stop. Please note that while there is seating, this is not to sit and drink teas. What you can do is look and select from their extensive selection of loose leaf tea. They also sell strainers

Best store in Miami! The owners are the best people! They have hundreds of organic herbs tons of therapeutic grade essential oils ( The best that I’ve ever tried )! They also make their own organic all natural products! deodorants, skin products, pain products...everything ! The owners are super informative and love taking the time to talk to customers and explain their products and what they’re all about I love the store highly recommend

Located in Kendall this beautiful small Tea store. You can find any type of Tea, the Ines you want or even the ones that you don't even have an idea they exist.

You can buy them by the pound or the ones packed. You can not drink the tea at this place. Thee also sell oils and creams make the smell of this store, beautiful.

The lady helping us was amazing like every time we go there. Behind the Tea store they have A bookstore where they sell used books so it's always a great idea to get some teas and books.

Went here for the first time yesterday. I'm starting to drink a lot more teas and this place was the right place. Knows their Herbs and the teas I was looking for.

Knowledgeable and friendly service. Large selection of essential oils, herbs, and spices Products are reliable and besides it's not often you find homemade hygiene products as good as theirs locally, and a welcoming ambiance. Seriously, it's a hidden gem!!! You do need to be open minded and try things like their organic shampoos body creams, and herbal tea mixtures(owner makes them). Give it a go...

What an amazing place. A friend referred me to this establishment and I was simply blown away as soon as I walked in. I was greeted buy a lady that you could just sense her genuine kindness. Beautiful aura for sure. I went there for the kombucha and left with a other things

My absolute favorite place to go, this bookstore/tea shop is an amazing little find that I've been going to for years. Eunice is so sweet and so passionate about everything, and she's hilarious. There's some great finds in the bookshop, and her oils are amazing. Definitely check it out!

I used to live in west palm and this place is where I get all my teas and natural products. They are amazing! The cold & sinus tea always helps me out. And I use the lavender essential oil In my laundry when I was the linens! It's heaven. Great quality products and passionate owners!

Awesome little hidden store in West Kendall. Lots of different loose teas, essential oils & the most important element of this little store is that the owners know their stuff! If you have any questions about what to take for any particular health reason they are there to educate & guide you.

Love that they also have a lot of natural products like bath soaps, cleaners & even stuff for that pesky blemish.

A must visit if you are looking for tea! ;)
