Worst parts service ever. Need parts for Stratos boat. Wait 1 week for the first reply. after another week to have received reply that the parts runner will find the parts, after another week got answer that they need to find box for shipping, after almost 2 months and maybe 12 email, don't know what is going on...I would like to have the owner email to give him the email of the conversation with the parts service. Worst service ever.
