I have been going to Country Club Nail Spa for several years and have never been disappointed! I drive to Lake Charles specifically for this reason.

I think my manicure tech was having an "off" day. She cut two of my cuticles to where they were bleeding, did not apologize and just kept wiping the blood away. My manicure as in shape and quality of job was great but the blood on my fingers was not so great. I then had a pedicure with a different tech and she made up for the bad experience with the first one. That is why I am giving 4 stars. She was so nice and friendly, she tended to my cut and was super nice...did I say how nice she was? I will go back but I will schedule with the second tech and avoid the first one from now on. Came here for a pedicure & manicure & shellac on my nails. When I first got to the salon, I tried to ask one of the women about a discount text they had sent me, & she completely ignored me & walked away. The other lady doing my nails was very rude & mocked me after I had politely told her what I had wanted on my nails. I had been here several times before & had never received this type of service & was extremely disappointed. If you are wanting good & respectful service, you will not feel welcome here.

I went here bc I saw some beautiful nails online they did. Their quality of work was great. The nails have lasted 2 weeks and i got shellac. The only improvement I think would be the quality of massage and exfoliation. They should slow it down some. It seems so rushed when you massage in such a fast pace. It will be nice to come here when I am in town.

I was in town for a family event. I read several reviews on Yelp. I came across the Country Club Nail Spa and decided to give it a try! I'm so glad I did. The customer service was excellent; The facility was very clean and my nail tech was awesome! I highly recommend Tee! I wish I could take her back to Washington DC with me!

My daughter wanted nails from a Pinterest picture and I just wanted an awesome pedicure. We received a 5 star treatment! Her nails look amazing, better than the picture.

The lady there does not do good acrylic nails my daughters nails were bumpy and when we brought it to her attention she tried saying it was because she bumped them and messed them up but its the acrylic you can see where it dents in at the top and then the bumps at the end of the nails.... Never again

Hmm...very nice people. Here are the cons. My actual paint job on my toes and nails is not very good. And when a few people came in they were complaining about everyone being there. I don't think they meant it bad they just felt bad people had to wait. Wasn't the worst nail place I've been to. I might would try it again. If someone else did my toes.---update. Amazing job! I've lived in Lake Charles for almost 5 years and I have yet to find a place that does exactly what I ask but I found that place today. great staff so friendly and they did an awesome job! Definitely have found my new nail salon! Ask for Lisa or Sam they are great
