All my life I loved to help and care for people. Four years ago, I got my first massage ever, and it changed me more than I ever thought. I knew massage was something I needed to do. A year and a half later, I graduated from Knox County Technical Center, as a licensed massage therapist. I specialize in relaxing/Swedish massage, deep tissue, and prenatal massages.
Please try to arrive for class early, classes start promptly at the listed start time. 15- minutes before class. If a class is at capacity, a late charge of $10 will be charged for a late cancel/no show. You have up to one hour before class to cancel without a late fee. Please call the studio 740.397.9642 with any questions.
Heat increases your circulation to stimulate your lymphatic system. This helps your body flush out toxins. Heat supports your body to be limber. This allows you to go deeper and more safely into your postures while reducing the risk of injury. The intensity of the heat can help demand focus in the moment, which can keep your mind from wandering allowing you to detach from the stresses of daily life.

My boyfriend and I are trying one new thing a month for 2020 and for February, we did the 30 days of yoga for $30 (Intro Special) at Hot Yoga Escape.
The ladies at Hot Yoga Escape are amazing. Everyone was so helpful and kind! We got to try every class and Sam's Warm Vinyasa Flow Class was our favorite.
We were even lucky enough to spend Valentines Day with them for Sweetheart Yoga. We drank beer, did some couples yoga and even had a pizza party after. Overall, if you are going to try yoga or are already a seasoned yogi, Hot Yoga Escape is the place to be! :)

I have been looking at this enterprise for months and was interested in using their services. I have heard that yoga is good for getting in shape and restoring flexibility, so I decided to give our local studio a try. My wife and I tried showing up while a class was in session 2 months ago, but the doors were locked, so I assume they only have the doors open shortly before a class with the instructor the only employee on site, then lock the doors for security. No problem, fair enough. I recently decided the best approach would be to submit an email through their website. I was ready to roll and

I have been at HYE almost 2 years and love the practice of the Bikram Hot Yoga. I have made slow progress but even the smallest achievement is rewarding. It has been great for my mind and body. Everyone is always encouraging and upbeat!!! When I miss my practice I feel it both mentally and physically!!!!
Love love it!! 💕

Don't know why My last yelp review wasn't sticking.
I live in San Francisco, and in town visiting my folks. During the holidays, I was driving to Columbus 2/3x's a week just for my yoga and Pilates thru ClassPass. I just got back into town to see my folks for the month, and was sooooooo stoked to stumble upon this little gem of a yoga/ Pilates studio here in small town Mount Vernon Ohio. I wasn't sure what to expect at first, was a little skeptical coming from SF, cos I love a good hard Yoga/Pilates class to keep me in my best shape, and wasn't sure if I was going
