My dad is a long haul truck driver and his truck broke down a few nights ago. He’s not too tech savvy and had me search for a mobile service to come fix his truck. I was referred to Majestic by one of my buddies who is a tow truck driver and has used them before. They had a repairman out to my father within an hour. The price was fair but the service was excellent. I spoke with Jack who was real friendly and helpful. My father has their business card and now knows who to call when he breaks down. Great company.

Please do not use this company they are a scam just like the last review said. They tried to get me in Jackson Tennessee. The lady called like she was from R an O truck sales and told that company that she work for them. When they guy game out to fix my truck they didn't no that company our lady. What ever company you say you work for that the company she is going to use saying she work there an her truck need services. Remember guys don't nobody ask you for a card number into they get there please do not use this company.

My husband's experience with this company was excellent!! He broke down driving his box truck last week. Majestic not only got there within the estimated time frame given, but arrived about 10 mins earlier. The customer service rep sent out a knowledgeable mobile mechanic who was able to get my husbands truck running. He said he never dealt with a company this professional & recommends them

I was stuck on the road RT66 and its almost impossible to find an intelligent person to fix multiple problems I had. My rear inside tire blew, My truck was connected to the trailer and the pressure was not building up enough to power the air pump to release the brakes. I called Majestic for a mobile mechanic. This place is a scam - Users beware! How they work : You call them for a service call and they charge you money to "send out" "their" mechanic then they call a service provider in the area that you are broke down in and leave both the Trucking Company and The actual Service Provider on the hook for final payment. These people aren't contracted with anyone and only use people in need to make a quick dollar. Use NTTS breakdown service if you really don't want to be taken advantage of.
