I contacted Danny for photos of one of my vacation rental houses. His rate was $150, more than I have been charged in the past, but I agreed to it. Then I asked if he would photograph a studio, (1 room) apartment after the house and add an incremental amount to the $150. He declined, telling me that he would do the additional property but it would also be subject to a separate $150 minimum charge. We discussed his pricing model some and I told him I didn't agree with his pricing and that I would just have him photo the house we had originally agreed on. I was not rude or angry; I just didn't think
