Disappointed in the service at this nail salon. Went in for 3 pedicures and 2 hours later they are just starting the 3rd one after making us sit in COLD water for over an hour. The massage was timed to the second with a kitchen egg timer sitting on the tray next to the chair. The nail lady was rough and not at all concerned about the pain she was inflicting on my poor toes as she raked the file across my cuticles while all the while chattering to her fellow employees. I do not recommend this place.

We are so glad we found this place!!! 5star experience from start to finish. We called about 4 places that weren’t taking anyone on a Sunday afternoon. Until we called Bella Nails. They were as welcoming over the phone as in person. They made my mama feel so special ❤️And gave us some laughs. That’s so important to us. Thanks again to everyone at Bella Nails ☺️ Our nails are so beautiful toooo!! And I got my ears pierced (great full service place and will be back) highly recommend!

If i could select 0 stars, i would.
this place is horrible. waited over an hour when i had an appointment. the lady cut me, made me bleed, my finger got infected, the colored turned weird color after 1 day, & then they are telling me i am lying after i told them i have pictures to prove it with time stamps.
it was so horrible. they put liquid bandaid on my finger to cover the blood and asked if i started bleeding after washing my hands, as if it wasn't the nail file machine she just used.
she used the nail file machine so close to my skin that my actually burned my nail & it snapped

I will never return, had the worst experience with the owners. They were incredibly rude and dismissive to my daughter who waited over 4 hours for them to finish her acrylic nails. Apparently there is only one person who does them, and he'd start with one person, then go off and do someone else's pedicure and eventually come back for the acrylics. Poor experience start to finish... and... here's my manicure:

My experience was horrific. Phillip cut my cuticle with the buffer machine several times (taking a piece of skin off the 1st time -- ouch- it hurt and bled so bad...). After that he cut into my cuticle when attempting to give me a manicure. The nail polish dried clumpy and uneven (thick and bubbly). Furthermore, he kept leaving the nail station to gather items, as if he didn't know I was coming (Even though I had an appointment). It was so bad, I didn't expect to see my nails look so terrible. Beautiful place, rude employees and uneven coffin cut nails. When the lady was done with my toes, before I could even tell she was done she said "say thank you". It was hard to understand one of the ladies, she was getting frustrated with me. My boyfriend couldn't understand her either. Noone cared to step in and tell us the workers just laughed.They also cut me many times as shown in the photos... never going back again.

This is an outstanding salon in La Quinta.
I have been several times and Helen has always done my manicure. She does an outstanding job. The pedicures are luxurious and staff is very attentive. The salon itself is clean and attractive. It is set up to comply with the mandated social distancing rules. Plexiglass has been installed and everyone is wearing masks and gloves. They take care to check your temp and direct you to hand sanitizer upon arrival. I highly recommend this salon !

Helen, Omgosh the most painful and irritating experience ever. As I was getting my pedicure, she insisted on standing over me until I made my color decision(I should have walked out after that)
I have real nails so I am very testy on what goes on. When I came in my nails were at a beautiful length. They were a VERY VERY slight coffin shape only to make them look slimmer. She asked if I wanted them super square, "no just slimming but not coffin" I have never in my life been so uncomfortable

I'd been there once before and called for an appt with the same person, but she was on an extended vacation. No worries, I was assigned somebody else - who had decent reviews on here that I'd seen. I decided on gels. When I asked for an iridescent color, I was told there are none (that should have been a hint as I've seen gorgeous golds and iridescent roses). I was there on May 9th for a pedicure and a nail fill.
The nail tech that did my pedicure touched the skin on my leg with the solution for callus remover and at the time I felt a tad stinging. A few days later I am at the ER at Eisenhower hospital for a burn and it's infected. So presently I am on antibiotics. I wont be returning to Belle Nails. It was a new nail he h and he was older . People beware.

Four of us stopped in to get our feet and hands done. They took all of us in without an appointment thankfully before we had to take our friends to the airport. They did an amazing job and prices are extremely affordable.
Place is very clean and there's lots of parking. Depending on who works on your hands and feet, some of the workers have a very strong Asian accent. You might find it difficult to understand what they're saying
