Wow I have owned Harleys in the past and never treated as great as they do here! Ashley and all of the staff were awesome and caring! They took time to get to know me and understood that it had been awhile since I had a bike due to cancer and sold me a great bike and have gone above and beyond to take care of me and the bike ! Weather you need a bike or service they have you covered and I will not go anywhere else!!! Simply the best crew and dealership I have ever done business with and I love my bike!!! AAAAA++++++

Can’t really give a review of dealership as it was closed when we got there. Need more signage pointing way to dealership.
I am updating review today (8/1/21) as a response to dealership apparently they felt as if I had “attacked” them and by no means was that my intent at giving them a 3 star. I felt I couldn’t give a great review because I hadn’t seen inside. I was told to google hours or read signs.. both of which I did. I was only stating a fact they were closed.
I feel if 3 stars was an issue perhaps they could have reacted differently and just asked why. I have no problem with

I just moved in the area from California and was looking for a Harley-Davidson Dealership and found three within 30 minutes of my location. I traveled to one in Lynchburg where they only sell clothing so I then tried this place.
Was greater at the door by a young lady that worked the clothing area asking "if you need anything please let me know" I told her thanks and started walking around looking at bikes when a salesman approached me asking the same question as the First Lady.
I told him I was just checking out the dealership.
Both employees left me alone and watched to see if I needed

My wife and I and another couple came to this dealership today. We all ride our own Harleys. We are from Paris,Tn and were just on a day trip. We walked in and no one greeted us at all. We were in there for a good 45 minutes and no one said anything all that time. My wife wanted to purchase a new pair of boots and had to hunt someone down to help her. She wouldn't have done that if she didn't need a pair because her sole was coming loose. We usually buy our bikes on the spur of the moment. We buy two at a time. Mine is always a Limited and my wife is shorter so she always gets a Streetglide

Ok I've never been here; however I've tried for two weeks to make a purchase of a bike they have listed online. First call was immediate and polite, since then it's just gone downhill. No it's not the deal on the bike, it's just the people. Salesmen were short and not real polite. Other staff were curt or just plain rude....When I wanted to talk to a manager I was told they didn't have any. General manager? Nope. Owner only and I was told 'Ricky' "won't talk to you". That makes it hard to make any deals and sell anything, must be nice to not

Worst customer service I've had at a Harley dealership ever. I walk to the parts counter where a man was standing at the counter and he says "what do you want". Ok.. I told him what I was there for and he doesn't move, nothing. Doesn't enter anything in the computer, doesn't go to look in the back. Someone standing 10ft behind him finally asks me if they can help me and takes care of me. Pretty sure he's the same one who answers the phone when you call for the parts department, cause it's the same kind of customer service, horrible!! I'll be driving

Great experience. Showed up an hour before close to look around. Ended up buying a bike at a great price. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me and get the bike set up just right. Even stayed late. No one was pushy or trying to pressure me. Very knowledgeable. Best experience at a dealership so far!

No sense trying to do business with people who treat their customers as an annoyance. Service rep Jason went off on me Saturday when I called about having a tire replaced. I told him that it didn't have to be done that day and I would bring it in Monday if that would be better. He advised that it would, so I showed up with bike on trailer Monday morning and got attitude again. Headed up to Cool Springs H-D where they value their customers.
