WOULD YOU PAY $2253.08 for them to DO WARRANTY WORK on a unit that can be bought BRAND NEW for $1300!!! Because that is exactly what is happening to me right now. READ ON! NCIS came to assess the problem with my Fujitsu mini split HVAC system in November of 2020 due to an error code on the thermostat. THIS WAS WARRANTIED WORK. They did not know… what the problem was as they were not well-versed on this type of system. So, the technician(s) had to make several calls to Fujitsu customer service (with lots of "on-hold" time) to learn how to diagnose and fix the problem. They even took the unit

Call because of a blocked sewer on Saturday. Asked how much they charged for a weekend call and was told their rate was $85 and hour plus time and half which would have been around $130
They were here 45 minutes and charged $332
When I asked why I was told it was because they have to use 2 people for sewer problems.
I think they should have conveyed this when I called not after the fact.
Would not recommend unless you don’t mind over paying for their service.

Very friendly technicians and top notch work. Installed a new furnace in our home, and were very professional. Also very pleasantly surprised at their insistence on cleaning up after themselves. I recommend this company to everyone!

They came to check out my generator in May of 2018. They keep telling me I am on the service list. It's been 9 months now and I have called numerous times. The unit needed reset in May error code needs service it is now almost the end of February 2019. They still haven't came and I know my generator hasn't been working again for weeks. What… happened to customer service. I also desperately need my generator to work as I am an a wheelchair user and I have electric ramps to get out of my house. I guess you don't seem to care. Last time you were here before the May one and did service you said

We had electrical and plumbing done on a new building that we had built. I got several quotes from different companies and NCIS was the best on both plumbing and electrical. Mitch and Ken were fabulous. They got back to us right away and came out very quickly to do quotes for us. They answered all of my questions and responded very quickly to phone calls and emails. They were great working with our crazy schedule on the building. Jason, Joel and Brandon did the electrical and the plumbing and were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend them if you need work done.

Excellent service, response time. Fast work and knowledgeable. Pete did an amazing job installing our new furnace . We will definitely have them on speed dial.
